How to get to Mall of the Emirates

You can easily get to Mall of the Emirates using the below transportation options:

  • Dubai Metro: Board the Dubai Metro Red Line, which takes you straight to the Mall of the Emirates stop. The station is connected to the mall, making it convenient for visitors to reach the destination.
  • Bus: Many bus lines stop nearby – F30, F32, F33, 81 and 105, to name a few. Among the bus stops around, the Mall of the Emirates Bus Stations 2-5 are the most prominent, which are approximately a 10-minute walk from the mall.

Is parking free at Mall of Emirates?

Parking is free at Mall of the Emirates, for up to four hours. Following the time limit, visitors will be charged AED20 per hour. Parking is free during weekends and public holidays. Forgot where you parked? The mall also has a cutting edge location service based on your license plate.

What area is Mall of Emirates located?

Mall of the Emirates is located in Al Barsha 1 with a dedicated stop on the Dubai Metro Red Line. Offering 900+ stores and services, the mall spans approximately 220,000 sqm. The 'mega mall' is also adjacent to Exit 39 of the E11 (Sheikh Zayed Road).

What is there to do in Mall of the Emirates?

There is a wide variety of things to do at Mall of the Emirates, including some unique activities in Dubai. Visitors can ski or snowboard on real snow at Ski Dubai, where they can also meet penguins. What time does Mall of the Emirates open?

Mall of the Emirates has very convenient opening times. The mall opens at 10am every day, closing at 10pm during the weekdays and open untill midnight over the weekends. During Ramadan and other special periods, the mall may remain open until 1am.

When was Mall of the Emirates built?

One of the biggest and most famous malls in Dubai, Mall of the Emirates opened in November 2005. In 2015, a new expansion was opened on Level 2, which houses a revamped VOX cinema complex and a number of new shops and restaurants.
