Make Payment: After submitting the paperwork, make the payment online.Book a Visa Change Ticket We will book a visa change ticket during open time slots. A visa change ticket is a specific ticket that includes a visa change stamp.
Get an exit stamp and a pass: Arrive at the airport at least 3 hours prior your flight time. Once you pass immigration and get a boarding pass, inform us.

Visa Extension and Overstay Penalties: Any charges associated with visa extensions or penalties due to overstaying the visa validity are not included.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Requests: Visa applications can be canceled within 24 hours of submission without any charges. Requests for cancellation must be made in writing to either info@sushiltourism.com or sales@sushiltourism.com.
Refund Policy: Upon successful cancellation, a refund will be processed, excluding any government fees, service charges, and processing fees incurred during the visa application process.
No Refund: After 24 hours from the visa application submission or if the visa has been issued, no refunds will be provided for cancellations.
Amendments: Any changes to the visa application after submission may incur additional charges, subject to the nature of the amendment and the processing stage
